1. How do I know if my orders gone through?

Once we've seen you order you will receive a confirmation email.

2. How long will my order take to be delivered?

Expected delivery will be within 2 weeks of confirmation, however it could be as little as 2 days. If you're in a rush please message us on Facebook or instagram and we will do our best to accommodate!

3. How do I dispose of the packaging? 

Our mailer bags are fully compostable and our seed paper can be ripped up and planted.

4. My item doesn't fit, what can I do?

We offer refunds and exchanges for any items that are returned to us in its orignial state. Please email us at hannahmorgandeisngs@gmail.com for more information.

5. How do I get custom items?

6. What size am I?

7. How do I wash my item?

Most items we advise to was at 30 with similar colours. Please do not tumble dry any of your items.
